Where do you ship from?
The majority of our products ship from the United States or Canada, but we do have suppliers accross the globe! If a product is shipped from outside of the United States or Canada, we do post a note indicating so in the product description!
How quickly will I receive my order?
Our packages are typically shipped within 24-48 hours and received within 3-5 business days. If you live in a remote location or a package is
shipped directly from one of our suppliers overseas, your package may take longer. Rest assured you will recieve your package!
Can I expedite my order?
Yes and no; It depends on the product! If expedited shipping is available at checkout, then yes you can!
I did not receive a confirmation email, did my order go through?
It is unlikely, but order confirmations may be delayed, and could end up being marked as junk/spam in your email inbox. If you received an order number as part of your checkout, then your order has gone through. Make sure to save your order number for your records and contact us with any concerns.
Can I cancel or modify my order once placed?
We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible! Once an order is processed, we are unable to cancel. However, we offer quick and easy returns or exchanges!

Do you offer refunds and/or exchanges?
Yes we do! We offer a full 30 days upon receiving an item to return or exchange it. Just note that in order to be eligible for a full refund or exchange, the product must be in new condition with tags and packaging included. Products must be clean and free of dog hair.
